Learn New Ways of Relating to Your Career

Out of the Rut and Into Flow:

Cultivate New Energy in Your Career - Even Though You’re Exhausted

You probably know that the rut you’re in isn’t where you want to stay, but ruts are hard to get out of. Their familiarity makes us feel safe, and they can become quite cozy.

But there is no life in ruts. Nothing really grows in them.

While the discomfort of ruts is ironically comfortable, you may be at a point where you’re willing to sacrifice the comfort of what’s known in order to see what other possibilities are out there for your life and career.

The trouble is, while your heart might be ready to get out of a rut, its pull can be so strong that you don’t feel like you have the energy to climb out of it.

The corporate, hierarchical, and scarcity-based workplace is a barren wasteland - a landscape so fraught with overuse and overwork that nothing new or soft can grow.

As we tap into the wellsprings within us and commit to living in the ways that our deeper selves demand, we offer both our inner and outer landscapes the cooling sustenance that they so desperately need.
